Our Certifications & How They Protect You
ATOL
ATOL stands for Air Travel Organisers' Licensing. It is a UK financial protection scheme that protects consumers who book package holidays or flights with a UK-based travel company. The scheme ensures that if your travel company collapses, you won't be left stranded abroad or out of pocket.

If the company goes bust before your trip: You will be entitled to a full refund of the money you have paid.

If the company goes bust while you are abroad: The scheme will fund your accommodation and arrange for flights to get you home safely.
ABTA
ABTA stands for The Travel Association, formerly the Association of British Travel Agents. It the UK's largest travel trade association. It represents travel agents, tour operators, and the broader travel industry. Just like ATOL; they ensure if your travel company collapses, you won't be stranded abroad or out of pocket.

Financial Protection: If you book a package holiday (such as a coach, cruise, or rail trip) through an ABTA member, your money is protected. If the travel company goes out of business, ABTA ensures you get a refund or—if you are already abroad—covers the cost of getting you home.

Code of Conduct: All ABTA members must abide by a strict Code of Conduct. This guarantees accurate advertising, fair trading, and clearly defined customer service standards.

Dispute Resolution: If something goes wrong on your trip or you have a complaint that cannot be settled directly with the company, ABTA provides an independent alternative dispute resolution service.
